No Medical Diagnosis
Sanusian is a digital triage and decision-support system. The information, AI-powered assessments, and content provided are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, a formal diagnosis, or a treatment plan.
No Veterinary-Patient Relationship
Use of the Sanusian platform does not establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship.
Emergency Warning
Sanusian is not for use in medical emergencies. If your pet is in a life-threatening condition, you must contact a local emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, Sanusian (and Drazen Pejnovic) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, or for any health outcomes of your pet. Professional clinical authority always remains with your physically examining veterinarian.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We only share data with service providers (Processors) necessary to run our platform. All partners are GDPR-compliant and governed by Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
5. Your Rights
According to the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data:

- Right to Rectification — Correct inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure — The "Right to be forgotten" and delete your data
