1. Scope of Service

Sanusian (operated by Drazen Pejnovic, Vienna, Austria) provides a digital pet health hub. The services currently include an AI-powered triage and decision-support system, an expert health library, and a gateway to veterinary consultations and partner retail products. Our services are exclusively specialized for Dogs, Cats, and Rabbits.

2. Not an Emergency Service

  • Decision Support Only: Sanusian is an educational and organizational tool. All content, including AI-generated triage reports, meal plans, and chat interactions, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a medical diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment plan.
  • No Replacement for Physical Exams: Our services are intended to supplement, never replace, a physical examination by a licensed veterinarian.
  • Emergency Disclaimer: Sanusian is not an emergency response service. If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, trauma, or acute distress, you must contact a local physical emergency clinic immediately.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

  • By using this platform or joining the waitlist, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • You agree to provide accurate information regarding your pet’s health history. Providing false information may lead to inaccurate triage results for which Sanusian bears no responsibility.

4. Waitlist and Early-Bird Offers

  • Joining the “Priority Waitlist” does not guarantee immediate access to the platform or services.
  • “First Month Free” and “Early-Bird Pricing” offers are subject to the official launch date and may be modified at the company’s discretion before the commercial release in 2026.

5. The "Virtual Vet" Consultations

  • Video and chat consultations are provided by independent, licensed veterinarians (“Verified Vet Network”).
  • Sanusian provides the technical infrastructure for these sessions. While we verify the credentials of participating vets, the individual veterinarian remains solely responsible for the professional advice provided during the session.

6. Third-Party Marketplace and Referrals

  • Sanusian may recommend products or services from third-party partners.
  • Fulfillment of these orders is handled by third-party pharmacies or retailers. Sanusian is not liable for shipping delays, product defects, or the performance of third-party fulfillment partners.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Sanusian trilingual triage logic, AI training models (built on 1M+ clinical data points), branding, UI/UX designs, and expert content library are the exclusive property of Drazen Pejnovic (and the successor Sanusian GmbH).
  • Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering, scraping, or duplicating any part of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted under Austrian law, Sanusian and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or that the AI-powered system will identify 100% of potential health risks.

9. Modification of Services

Sanusian reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time to ensure compliance with changing veterinary regulations in the DACH region or technical requirements.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is the competent court in Vienna, Austria.
